Frequently Asked Questions

  • The River Blue (Central Loop) focuses on the historic urban core, the Arts District, and the lush North Saskatchewan River Valley. The Prairie Yellow (Western Loop) connects the downtown hubs to major western anchors including West Edmonton Mall, Fort Edmonton Park, Edmonton Valley Zoo and TELUS World of Science.

  • A full, non-stop circuit on the Central Loop takes approximately 90-minutes, while the western loop is 120-minutes. Every loop is fully narrated by a live, professional driver-guide, making it an excellent standalone city tour.

  • The Western Loop begins departures from the Fairmont Hotel Macdonald at 9:00 am, with the final return at 4:55 pm. The Central Loop begins at 09:30 am, with the final return at 4:58 pm.

  • We have 5 locations where both loops meet: Fairmont Hotel Macdonald, Ice District / Rogers Place, Alberta Legislature, 124th Street, and Varscona Hotel on Whyte Ave. These hubs are timed to allow you to pivot between the Central and Western parts of the city with ease.
